Pastor Nicholas Nsuapem Oduro
Pastor Nicholas Nsuapem Oduro was the leader of the group and the driving force behind the church as
the missionary departed and left the church leadership in the hands of Pastor Nicholas Nsuapem Oduro
who completed a Bible College Degree and was fully ordained as a minister on the 24th January, 2015.
His visions to plant churches in the surrounding villages and towns. Most recently with the new church
plant in Komfueku which will begin Sunday morning services shortly. Along with his wife Paulina and
there new son Aenon
Pastor Kofi Quayson
Pastor Quayson has established himself in the Takoradi/Sekondi area as a leader in church planting, evangelism and discipleship. After hearing the grace message of GGMC missionaries and receiving a 4 year Degree from Maryland Bible College and Seminary of Ghana and being fully ordained he has contributed greatly to the church in Shama while helping new church plant in Komfueku and future church in Kojokrom.
Elder Samuel Awortwe
“Mr. Awortwe” as know in Shama is on of the village elders and a man with a great heart for the gospel in Shama. When the early missionaries came to Shama for evangelism he opened a small room in his house where bible studies and meetings could be help. He has been a great source of wisdom in local issues and despite physical challenges he is ever present at the conga drums during worship.
Elder Paul Ewusie
Paul was one of the young men originally met at the “video game” arcade when missionaries first came to
Shama. He has been faithful to grow with the church, take Bible College classes, and contribute wherever
he can. Paul is a small business owner of a tailoring and clothing design shop and is recently married to .
He is the leader in the new church plant in Komfueku.
